Living in the Blue Mountains I can be close to nature.  One of my   favourite pastimes is "SHIRIN-YOKU", Japanese for "Forest Bathing"... so nourishing.

YOGA in the BLUE MOUNTAINS with Vicki Graham.

"Yoga first found me as a teenager and since then I have practiced and studied many different styles, appreciating the gifts that each has to offer in helping to ease our way as we navigate through life and develop our unique potential.

As a Yoga teacher I enjoy sharing the many therapeutic and uplifting benefits of Yoga with others in a nurturing and playful manner. My intention is to inspire others to delight in discovering and connecting with their own inner wisdom.

I love the holistic nature of Okido Yoga, a Japanese style of Yoga which incorporates Indian Yoga, Eastern Yin/Yang principles and the tradition of Japanese Zen. Through a wide variety of movement, breath and meditation practices, strength, flexibility and balance in mind, body and heart can be developed. Okido Yoga enables us to live our everyday lives with greater awareness and an increased sense of wellbeing.

I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to do teacher training with many well respected Yoga teachers including Peter Masters (Okido Yoga),  Sarah Powers (Yin Mindfulness Yoga) and Ana Davis (Prenatal, Postnatal and Restorative Yoga).

Here I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my Okido Yoga teacher and mentor Julia Reeve. Namaste."
