Movement, breathing and meditation techniques to help regain and strengthen our natural balance and harmony in body, mind and spirit.

Suitable for all levels.

The evening Yoga session with Vicki is the perfect way to end the day. Vicki creates a peaceful space, allowing the body to fully relax and get into “the zone”. She adjusts our posture when needed and provides support and guidance to do the moves safely. Her breathing techniques have been particularly helpful, allowing me to utilise and adjust them to suit my workouts and relax time outside the Yoga session. I highly recommend her classes - your mind and body will love you for it!

Private

 

Book into your private class for one on one instruction. Traditionally this is the way Yoga was taught.  Be guided through a Yoga practice designed to suit your own particular needs. Personal issues such as injury or anxiety can be addressed more easily.


Pregnancy

Private Yoga classes are a particularly  wonderful support for pregnancy as each woman has her own unique experience of this special time.

I was recommended Vicki by my Yoga instructor as I was looking for a class that focused on breathing, meditation and relaxation during labour.
I had private lessons with Vicki and they were amazing! Vicki’s teachings well equipped me to manage the stages of labour. I felt calm, in control and was able to put her teachings into practice when I needed them most. In particular the humming breath, various postures and some short mantras were what helped me during the difficult times.
I am very grateful for the guidance and support Vicki provided me and would highly recommend her classes to all mums to be.
